DailyAccess Corporation
DailyAccess Corporation is a privately held company founded in 1995. DailyAccess pioneered the trading technology used today for mutual fund processing in retirement plans with the National Securities Clearing Corporation and their Defined Contribution Clearance & Settlement Service. Initial testing of the new technology began in 1996. DailyAccess was later instrumental in assisting mutual fund companies and their transfer agents in gaining eligibility to trade on the DCC&S platform. In early 1998 DailyAccess was first in the industry to launch a plan sponsor information access website.

Tommy Thomasson
Tommy Thomasson is co-founder, president and CEO of DailyAccess Corporation, and is founder and CEO of its wholly-owned subsidiary, InterServ, LLC, an SEC- Registered Investment Advisor certified by The Centre for Fiduciary Excellence (CEFEX).
Thomasson is a frequent speaker in the financial services industry and has provided expert testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives.
Thomasson currently serves as chair of the Council of Independent 401(k) Recordkeepers (CIKR), a sister organization of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) that educates and advocates on issues of particular relevance to independent 401(k) retirement plan service providers. He also serves as executive director of the Policy Board for the Investment Fiduciary Leadership Council, a non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote the highest standards of stewardship within the corporate retirement plan, public pension and endowment communities.
Prior to founding DailyAccess, Thomasson was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch and later owned Financial Asset Management Services Inc., a registered investment advisory firm providing money management services to private and institutional clients.
Thomasson is a graduate of Washington and Lee University. He is active in his local community, serving on the board of The Alzheimer's Foundation of the South.
Gregg Wood
Gregg Wood serves as Chief Operating Officer at DailyAccess Corporation and is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, plan conversion and information technology. He joined DailyAccess in 1997
as Vice President of Operations.
Wood is a former military helicopter pilot with a broad
base of corporate management experience. He previously
served as Director of Operations for Nextel International, where he completed the startup of Nextel's operations in Argentina. His experience includes positions as General Manager of Nextel, Florida, and Vice President of Operations for Saber Communications. He is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences throughout the financial services industry.
Wood holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of South Alabama and is a CPA in the State of Alabama.
James O. Wood
CEBS, CCP, CBP, SPHR
James O. Wood is General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer for DailyAccess Corporation. Wood serves as Chief Compliance Officer for InterServ, LLC, DailyAccess’s SEC-Registered Investment Advisor. He also heads the health and welfare business lines for DailyAccess.
Before joining DailyAccess Corporation, Wood served as Executive Director of Institutional Compliance for JPMorgan Chase Bank. Previously, he served as Senior Vice-President - ERISA Compliance for Bank of America; Chief Compliance Officer for CNA Trust; Vice President of Pension Administration for Pan American Life; and Chief Fiduciary Officer for Aetna (ING) Trust Company.
Wood served a three-year term on the U.S. Department of Labor’s ERISA Advisory Council, where he advised the DOL Secretary and Congress on pension and health/welfare issues. He also served on the Governing Council for the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists. Wood is an author and occasional guest editor for WorldatWork Journal and Benefits Quarterly.
Wood holds a Juris Doctor in ERISA studies from Loyola University Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Oklahoma. He is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS); a certified Global Benefits Manager; a Certified Compensation Specialist (CCP); a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP); and a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR).
James M. Matthew
James M. Matthew is Chief Financial Officer at DailyAccess Corporation.
Before joining DailyAccess, Matthew was the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at a full service brokerage and investment banking firm. Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary and as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Board Member, both at technology companies. His prior experience also includes over 20 years with a major public accounting firm, where he served as Managing Director – Global Transactions Services.
Matthew has served as a speaker on financing strategies and capital transactions. He has also participated in a statewide task force for developing a venture capital industry.
Matthew earned a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified Public Accountant and hold Series 24, 63 and 7 Registered Principal and Broker licenses. |
