Retirement Plan Participant Account Access
Participants may access their personal retirement plan account online, via our automated telephone information system, or through our participant support call center.
Enrollment
Participants may enroll in their company’s retirement plan by using the Internet, accessing the automated telephone information system at 800.217.2240, or calling our participant support center at 888.307.4015. If you are enrolling for the first time, please click here for instructions.
Participant Website
The DailyAccess Participant website enables online access to your personal retirement plan account information. Using a secure password, participants may log on to:
- Change investment elections
- Request change to deferral amount
- View balances and vesting
- Transfer balances between funds
- Schedule automatic account rebalance
- View pending transactions
- Review data sheets on various fund options available
- View online statements
Automated Telephone Information System
DailyAccess provides a toll free, 24-hour English/Spanish automated telephone information system for participants. Participants may call in to the automated telephone system at 800.217.2240 to access the same type of information that is available online.
In-Person Support/Call Center
The DailyAccess participant support call center, at 888.307.4015, is open from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm Central time, Monday – Friday and may assist participants in over 150 languages utilizing translation services. The call center can assist participants with transactions and other account changes. Call center representatives may provide participants with the name, phone number and e-mail address of their plan’s financial advisor; however, they are not allowed to give investment advice.
