DailyAccess Adds Operations SVP

DailyAccess Corporation, a leading national provider of retirement plan services, announced today the appointment of Michelle L. Gosnell as Senior Vice President of Operations. The newly created role will be responsible for the company’s recordkeeping, administration, daily operations, compliance and consulting services.

Gosnell has more than 21 years’ experience in the retirement industry including the management of retirement plan services, trust accounting and disclosure, and ERISA compliance. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Trust Officer at Regions Financial Corporation, where she directed the Institutional Trust Services Recordkeeping Division. In her concurrent role as Institutional Trust Services Technical Director, Gosnell led Regions’ ITS operations group in supporting core trust cash processing and pension payment activities for trust accounts. She was responsible for product management, technology development, and multiple system platforms.
