DailyAccess Acquires the Pension and Group Benefits Business of FBD Consulting

DailyAccess Corporation, a leading national provider of retirement plan services, announced today the acquisition of the pension and group benefits business of FBD Consulting, Inc. FBD will retain their human resources consulting practice as part of the transaction and will operate under the name FBD Consulting, LLC.
DailyAccess will incorporate FBD Consulting’s retirement plan recordkeeping, administration and consulting business lines, including defined benefit services, into its existing operations. FBD’s health and welfare consulting services will be channeled into a new DailyAccess subsidiary, Resolution Benefits Design. DailyAccess will open a new facility to handle both lines of business in Overland Park, Kansas.
